- In a bowl, place all the ingredients for marinating and mix well.
- Clean the chicken meat cut it into small pieces and put it to marinate in the bowl.
- In a pan, place the oil with two tablespoons of butter, and bring to moderate heat.
- When the temperature has risen, place the bay leaves, cinnamon and cloves there. Add the pepper and mint well chopped, and the coriander.
- Cut the onions into thin slices and add to the pan.
