You could also add some peaches to that mix for a sweet treat.

There’s no real secret to the recipe, just a few key ingredients that work together to create one mouth-watering dish. You’ll need a sweet potato (sweet potatoes come in all shapes and sizes), some chopped onions, some green peppers (sliced or chopped), some chopped carrots, a little garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a cup of water. Bring all of this to a boil, and while it’s boiling, add one egg.

Some cereals, such as Quaker oats, are already sweetened with fruit juice or milk, making them an excellent alternative to sugar-laden breakfast cereals. For healthier crackers, try cornflakes, which have almost no added sugar. You could also bake the spinach in a tortilla and heat up the tortilla, or cook it in a skillet with tomatoes and onions. To make the sandwich even more healthy, consider replacing half of the mayonnaise with a little less fat sour cream, and adding a dash of blueberries to the sandwich for a little extra freshness.
