1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup tomato sauce


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and egg. Mix well and form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Arrange meatballs on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat tomato sauce over low heat. Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti.

2.Grilled cheese and tomato soup

8 slices bread

4 tablespoons butter, softened

8 ounces American cheese, sliced

2 cups milk

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, on a baking sheet. Layer the cheese slices on top of the bread, and then top with the remaining 4 slices of bread, buttered side up. Spread another layer of butter over the tops of the sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into 4 equal pieces. Arrange the sandwich pieces on their sides, close together, in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Pour milk over the sandwiches, and then pour soup over the milk.Bake uncovered for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly.

3.Macaroni and cheese


1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

3 cups milk

8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9×13 inch baking dish. Cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling water until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk to the flour mixture, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in Velveeta cheese until melted. Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well. Pour into the prepared dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until bubbly.



1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped red onion


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread pizza sauce over the crust. Sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese, oregano, and garlic powder. Layer mozzarella cheese, green bell pepper, and red onion over sauce. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

5.Burgers and fries


1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 egg beaten

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

1 tablespoon minced onion

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

6 hamburger buns


Preheat the grill for high heat. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt, and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Grill burgers for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until well done. Serve on hamburger buns.
